The owners completed this park in December of 2019 and had it stabilized by June of 2020. There are 18 sites and one office trailer. There is no room for expansion on the current property due to the "Houston Toad Protection" area restrictions. Each site has 30 and 50 amp service, which is metered. All sites have sewer and water hookups. The entire park has wifi. There is no dump station at the park. We don't accept any cash on the property, only credit cards. There are two washers and two dryers, both of which are credit card operated. There is a bathroom and shower available for residents to use as well.
